About Resort
The Pench Jungle Camp is
spread in an area of thick forest has comprise of 13.5 Acre land and shrubs with a large seasonal river
on one side and a smaller one on the other side of the property.
Both these converge at the Sangam point, which has a large sandy
patch and many boulders strewn across. The resort is configured
as a tribal village and the cottage lay out gives a feel of privacy
to each cottage with a view of either of the two water bodies.
The resorts lay out and design is in
an eco friendly and vernacular style with the use of local
building materials and practices. The central areas and cottages
blend with the abundance of Mahua and other trees in a non intrusive
and spatial fashion. Emphasis on a sense of space as a perfect
setting to savor nature for peace, tranquility and reflection
is done by design. |

Abstract from Sir Rudyard Kipling's the world famous "The Jungle Book" -
“The bushes rustled a little in the thicket, and Father Wolf dropped
with his haunches under him, ready for his leap. Then, if you had been
watching, you would have seen the most wonderful thing in the world—the
wolf checked in mid-spring. He made his bound before he saw what it was
he was jumping at, and then he tried to stop himself. The result was
that he shot up straight into the air for four or five feet, landing
almost where he left ground.
“Man!” he snapped. “A man’s cub. Look!”
